Simple HealthKit Text Messages
Last updated: October 28th, 2026Simple HealthKit, Inc. sends text messages about at-home test kits to people who sign up for them. This page shows how members of our health plan programs sign up, what we send and how to stop.
How members sign up
Every sign-up page is personal to one member, so the pictures below show what members see.
-
Each member gets a personal link to their own sign-up page on app.simplehealthkit.com, for example as a QR code on a letter we mail them.
-
Before anything else, the page asks for the member's date of birth to confirm who they are.
The identity check, shown with a sample Access ID. -
As the member scrolls down the sign-up page, this form opens. Its box is unticked. To get texts, the member ticks it, or opens “Choose email, SMS or phone calls” and ticks “SMS text messages from Simple HealthKit” on its own, then taps “I want to get important updates”. “I don’t want to get text updates” closes the form without signing up.
The form as it opens and with the choices open, shown with sample contact details.
Signing up for texts is optional. It is never a condition of getting a kit or using any Simple HealthKit service.
What we send
Texts cover shipping and delivery updates, reminders and account updates for the member's own test kit. They are not marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
